This paper investigates the dynamics of an electromagnetic vortex bladeless wind turbine (VBWT) with a tunable mechanism. The mechanism comprises progressive-rate spring that is attached to oscillating magnet inside coil. stiffness progressively adjusted as speed changes tune fundamental frequency match shedding vortex-induced vibration (VIV) due flow crossing over mast. Coupled nonlinear equations motion are developed using lumped-mass representation and Lagrange formulation. Numerical results show performs effectively beyond threshold speed. An analytical expression derived based on mechanical turbine. in reasonable agreement numerical evaluations.
